FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We send out orders Monday - Friday, with any order made before 11AM AEST sent out on the same day!
It is suggested to store all our goods in their original packaging in a dry and cool place, such as a cupboard or pantry. You can also place your goods in an airtight container.
After your order is dispatched, you shall receive an email with the tracking information attached. Please note that for small orders under ~500g total weight, an untracked AusPost envelope service may be utilized.
All our products are 100% Organic, gluten-free & vegan.
