All orders are processed within 24 hours of placing your order. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped with the tracking number.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Damages and returns.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and amend it. If notified within 48 hours of the delivery arriving we will send out a replacement free of any cost.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is undamaged and in its original condition, and we will refund the full product amount, minus the shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be photographed in the condition that you received it, and returned in its original packaging. We will always try our best to work towards a happy solution!
